Truckin’

Written by OzStickMan on December 19th, 2008

Gday all.

Well I am home and as happy as a pig in shit.  Had a good few days re-learning and learning about tipper work.  I am driving a 2000 model 6500 Iveco Powerstar.  500hp Detroit Desiel, 18 speed Eaton, 82.5t rated, truck art sleeper, Veisa evap cooler and a pair of Telco Aluminium tippers.  These tippers can be used as a B Double or slide the tri axle forward on the lead trailer and add a dolly and its a road train.

The truck needs ome loving on the inside and outside, the old driver didn’t care and was a GROT!  Hopefully I can get the boss to let me bring it home on Wednesday night so I can clean her all up on the Christmas break.  Be good if the boss has something around this side for Sunday or Monday.  I have only 2 shots so far of the girl but both were taken with my phone so they are not the worlds best.  Once I have her cleaned up I will give yas all a tour and get some decent photos.  It may not be the best truck but it goes and pays me each week.
